Metric is the measurement program for measuring 2D objects on a laptop or PC.
These versions of Metric are available: PE Plus and MT
A network-capable image archive is also available for all versions of the program.
METRIC allows you to use a PC to display and measure a video image both in live image and still image modes.
The images displayed can be measured, superimposed, saved in various standard file formats, processed by other Windows programs and sent out over a network.
The accuracy of measurement depends on the pixel resolution and on a correction calculation made during the automatic calibration.
Special modules allow you :
- to archive image files and quickly relocate them through the use of search functions.
- to evaluate measured value transmitters
- to control motors
- to make time-based, automatic recordings of image sequences
